The SEK-SVM4x is Sensirion’s evaluation kit, for testing the VOC and NOx Index using the SGP40 and SGP41 sensors. The SVM41 development board includes an SGP41, a microprocessor, and a combined humidity and temperature sensor (SHT40). When evaluating VOC-only output, the SVM41 devlopment board can also be used to assess the performance of the SGP40. Unlike SEK-SGP4x-Sensor, this evaluation kit features onboard signal processing via Sensirion’s Gas Index Algorithm, providing humidity-compensated VOC and NOx Index outputs. Designed for ease of use, the SVM4x enables quick and efficient evaluation of either SGP40 and SGP41 sensors with minimal setup effort.

Evaluate without writing code

In just few simple steps, you will be collecting valuable data without needing any coding or soldering skills.

Step 1:

  • Download the SEK-ControlCenter viewer software (available for Windows, Linux and MacOS) or download one of our example drivers for your embedded platform (see links above). A simple step-by-step quick start guide can be found here.

Step 2:

  • Connect the SVM41 development board to your computer/embedded platform with the help of the adapter and start measuring.
